Ha! After a while of being utterly bored of blogging, I have decided to make a smashing comeback for reasons I do not actually have. I know you´ve all wondered (and I mean absolutely every person on this planet, and maybe some others) what has happened to me while I was gone. Well, I´ve pretty much managed to finish the high school. All I have left is three abi-exams, and then it´s over. After that, I´ll try and get myself into a university to study English philology.
I have also decided something: I just have to try being less selfish a person. Ironically enough, one of the reasons for me deciding that is that it would make me feel better. I also feel that my life is missing something rather relevant, and that I can only acquire that something by being less selfish.
What else is new? Ah yes, I have found myself to have desperate feelings towards another person. My incredible powers of deduction have led me to the conclusion that the feeling is the one they call love. Unfortunately (for me, at least), I find myself unable to accurately show my feelings to this person.
Guess I should whip myself up to it…

I visited the dentist today. It is always such an unpleasant experience, but at least the dentist was rather quick and skilled. Plus, due to distances and stuff, I got a day off from school!

It is weekend again! I like weekends. You can sleep long and… well, that´s really the only reason. You see, I´ve been rather tired lately for some reason.
Anyways, this weekend is a pleasant exception to the others, for I will visit a good friend of mine, whom I haven´t seen in weeks. I have to several kilometres go by bike, but meh.

I got the results of the autumn-part of my matriculation examination. The results for Swedish and Finnish were as expected, but it is the English which irritates me. I was four points short of laudatur, which is the highest grade there is. It is very frustrating, which is why I´m taking the test again in the Spring.

It´s getting rather chilly and cool outside, and that´s actually a good thing. I like it when the temperature is somewhat below zero. Especially in the mornings. I actually enjoyed walking to the bus stop this morning at 6.40 in the chilly autumn air, sky above me as dark as… something rather dark. It was beautiful, I tell you. If only the moon had shone as well, it would have been perfect.

It´s raining outside, and thus I´m bored. I had planned on visiting a friend of mine, but I don´t like cycling in the rain, so that plan has been scrapped. Why does it have to rain? Or more specifically: why does the rain water have to be so cold?

Today, I received the collection album by Kotiteollisuus (a Finnish hard rock-band) via mail, and I´m listening to it while writing it. Also, my memberships of the organization for the leftist youth of Finland was confirmed today.
But of course, the most important thing that happened today was when I was finally able to found Sacrifice amongst my games. Ah,the life is smiling!

Today I found out that one should drink 23 litres of coffee in order to die of caffeine overdose. This further proves one thing: the Law of Fives is reality and Our Lady of Discord reigns over delicious beverages!

Nothing really happened today, thus a rather ordinary day, actually. But it seems that the snow which covered the earth on Saturday is melting away. It disappoints me. Someone should teach it some manners.

Yesterday turned out to be a disappointment on the book-front. It was some holiday, so no bookstores were open. But, it snowed! I like snow. Even though I walked to the bookstore and back and gained nothing from it, the mere fact that there was snow made me feel good. There´s only one way to describe my feelings, and that is: ^_^
Right now, I preparing for the hard school week that is looming in the horizon. I have to spend two almost-whole schooldays studying normally! I know, the Finnish education system is pure torture and things like this ought to be forbidden by international treaties, but a man´s got to do what a man´s got to do.
And finally, I finished a book a good friend of mine recommended to me. It was called Ender´s Game. Rather fine science fiction, if you ask me.
